This website gives you, our customers and partners, a central location for technical information about ciboodle. Here you can download the latest releases, search or download product documentation, find useful articles, view webcasts and more. You can also access your support area to log calls and view your call reports.

The website will continue to develop over the coming months (so mind the dust) We are already planning on adding a forum and some additional areas of content, but we welcome any and all suggestions so please get in touch.

Ohh and you might bump into some ciboodle staff in here too - don't worry - they're quite friendly. 

 
ciboodle 2.9 released

ciboodle 2.9 is now available to download. Included in this release are:

  • Major performance improvements running core ciboodle on the web.
  • Improved handling of incoming emails within core ciboodle.
  • Telephony enhancements in core ciboodle.
  • Improved CTI Integration for Avaya.
  • cDK Refactoring enhancements including improved Find References and enhanced Move and Rename support.
  • Multiple improvements for the web client.

ciboodle 2.8.1 Released

ciboodle 2.8.1 is now available to download and includes:

  • Out-the box French and German translations for all standard core ciboodle modules.
  • Out-the-box French and German csc and ba agents.
  • The core ciboodlerepository contains a Master Translation Catalogue that contains the core ciboodle translations in French and German.
  • The cDK includes the ability to re-use previously translated items.

2.8 Release Symposium

Another successful release, another successful symposium!

We have started uploading the presentation slides and are putting the final touches on the recorded presentations, keep an eye out for these in the coming week.

Each Release Symposium is a mixture of high-level Learning Lunch style presentations and more technically detailed Teaching Demos:

  • Learning Lunch: ciboodle 2.8, presented by Claire Dorrian and Peter Harper
  • Teaching Demo: BPMN, presented by Raymond Lee
  • Teaching Demo: Translating Your Application, presented by Alexandre Franca
  • Teaching Demo: Blend and Interruptibility, presented by Philip McCarroll
  • Requests for Enhancements (RFEs), presented by Douglas Johnson

Thanks to all the presenters for an excellent job, and to Gordon Menzies for co-ordinating the symposium. If you have any suggestions for improvement, please get in touch.
